Thank you for choosing Elna Line as your preferred fashion brand. No exchange or refund will be made in custom-made order. If you need to exchange your item we offer 7 days from the date of receiving your purchase. Items must be returned in an unused condition with the original tags and labels attached to the garment along with your original reciept. Elna Line is not responsible for the return delivery costs, all return will be borne by the customer.
We do not accept exchanges on any Elna Line items purchased from our retail partners. Kindly contact the original store of purchase regarding their return policy.
